The National Cohousing Open House Day inspires individuals and families to join existing or forming cohousing communities, and sparks the creation of new cohousing communities.
This year’s National Cohousing Conference will be held May 18 – 21 in Nashville, TN. The keynote will be delivered by Yes! Magazine Co-founder, Sara van Gelder. Pre-conference intensives on the 18th and 19th will include creating affordable cohousing and resilience and sustainability.
The conference will cover cohousing basics as well as hot topics in sustainability and resiliency in both living green through energy efficiency, shared resources, and greener building, to how community sustains us for measurably healthier lifestyles. The program will have something for everyone, whether you’re living it, developing it, or just dreaming about it, with plenty of time for conversations in the hallways, tours, and fun!
