The garden currently features strawberries, raspberries, rhubarb, grapes, an herb spiral, blueberries, currants, honeyberries, lingonberries, cranberries, and jostaberries along with native flowers and established beds for annuals.

Community Features

Cobb Hill Co-Housing was founded over twenty years ago with the purpose to conserve nature and farmland and build community. In that spirit, their are numerous established food and farm enterprises (but it is not required to participate). Farming endeavors including a dairy farm producing Jersey cow milk,  artisan cheese production on-site, diversified vegetables, honey, maple syrup, eggs, and shiitake mushrooms all from our land. Most of the land is held under conservation easement and includes year-round walking trails through pastures and forests as well as a swimming/ice skating pond. The community is also part of Hartland Winter Trails, a groomed and tracked xc skis trail system that traverses over 20 km through rural Vermont.
